Join our Board of Directors

The Board of Directors at Unitarian House is a volunteer Board that meets 10 months out of the year to direct matters of general governance, the annual budget, award supply and service contracts, building repairs and maintenance and keep up to date with current governing legislation.

 

The Board has a number of Standing Committees including Executive, Finance and Property. Directors bring varying skills to the Board including finance, property, administration, senior care and fundraising.

We are currently seeking new members with experience in not-for-profit governance, financial management, civil engineering, or in property and contract management. Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Google Suites etc.) and experience with virtual meetings is an asset!
