“Choosing to reside at Unitarian House was initially about location… closeness to water, walking paths along the River, and accessible public transportation! Then, having toured the House, I saw myself living there...the interior was open and welcoming, the staff friendly and knowledgeable...who would not want to be part of this Community?
After adding my name to the Senior Apartments Wait List my next step was to Volunteer and learn more about the Unitarian House and meet residents with whom I would be sharing my future home. It was a wonderful experience and when I did move in, I immediately felt at home. Volunteering erased any strangeness I might have experienced ….
Unitarian House is a HOME — the best decision I could have made”
